Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For puzzles, the interior bag containing the pieces must be sealed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs or import fees.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, has missing pieces, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the case of a damaged or defective puzzle, we may offer a replacement or an alternative solution without requiring you to return the original item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

In some cases of damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement without requiring a return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
